**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all M&E issues on site by assisting Project Manger
- Conduct periodic inspections for all M&E systems
- Resolve complex issues with clients & consultants, Main contractor, and/or sub-contractors which is not able to be handled by subordinates.
- To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
- Manage and monitor on procurement of equipment and manage labor in accordance to (or below) the allocated approved budget
- Assist Project Contract administration, such as VO claim, EOT claim and any other claim Educate and train the staff in terms of M&E technical and project management

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- Well-versed in M&E documentations and site works
- Min 25 years’ relevant experience in Building or Civil Construction Industry, with average project value of at least S$100 million and above
- Good understanding of procurement, engineering and construction activities
- Good written and interpersonal skills
- Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
- Proactive when solving issues and focused on the strategic goals of the project
- Capacity to handle pressure
