The Opportunity

Marvell Failure Analysis (FA) teams provide failure analysis support to NPI, qualifications (package & device) and customer returns. The team identifies failure mechanism and ensure continuous quality improvement via root cause analysis by utilizing both the applicable in-house tools and external FA service providers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Understanding the failure analysis flow and product testing
- Involve in electrical analysis of integrated circuits (IC) using product testing and circuit know-how.
- Involve in fault isolation and physical analysis using applicable in-house tools and external FA services.
- Identify failure mode and mechanism via root cause analysis
- Effective communication on technical details through reports and presentations to customers

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of previous experience
