**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:
(a) Provide timely and accurate month end and quarterly financial reports including quality commentaries highlighting the key performance indicators and drivers of the results,

(b) Review month end journals and reconciliation of month end general ledger reports to source systems to ensure accuracy and completeness,

(c) Involvement in yearly Statutory financial statements preparation and support implementation in new/changes in Singapore FRS accounting standards,

(d) Review reports required for internal and external auditors on internal controls and Group Reporting to Head Office,

(e) Periodic review and evaluation of internal controls around financial reporting process to ensure SOX Compliance,

(f) Support Business, other Asia Pacific branches and Head Office on ad-hoc Head Office/Financial reporting or accounting queries,

(g) Periodic Review of Working Procedure Manual, Accounting Memo and Accounting Policy

(h) Actively looking for process improvements opportunities in existing work functions,

(i) Contribute to New Product introduction and provide feedback impacting Head Office/IFRS reporting jointly with Finance team,

(j) Adaptable and flexible with ad-hoc reporting responsibilities within Finance team

Requirements:

- Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA
- Good knowledge of banking products
- At least 5 years working experience in financial reporting or audit experience in Bank/Non-bank Financial Institution
- Proficient in MS Office, familiarity with Excel Macros is a must
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good stakeholder management skills
