**YOUR ROLE**

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded finance specialist to grow within a VC-backed startup that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. Work closely with the founding team and be in the driver's seat when it comes to making deals possible, executing them, and winding them up.
- Responsible for end-to-end acquisitions of profitable businesses
- Build and optimise due diligence processes for current and future asset acquisitions
- Build financial models and perform commercial and financial due diligence for deals
- Execute transactions and ad-hoc operations for recent projects
- Take ownership and work highly independently on various acquisition projects
- Develop growth levers for assets and track KPIs together with Una’s brand managers

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in analytical / technical positions within investment banking (M&A), private equity, accounting (M&A), or consulting
- Finance/Business/Economics degree from a top-tier university with a focus on finance and accounting
- Proven track record of personal and professional achievements
- Exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
- Business fluent in English
- Mandarin Chinese, or any other Asian languages is a plus (specifically Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Japanese, Korean). To be able to converse with stakeholders across APAC.
- Solid project planning, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and want to help us turn Una Brands into the next VC-backed unicorn
- Experience with ecommerce businesses, brand/category management, and/or Amazon FBA is a plus, but not required
