**E-Commerce and Marketing Associate**

**Role Overview**

The E-Commerce and Marketing Associate contributes to the growth of the E-Commerce business by supporting plans relating to customer experience, customer order fulfilment in order to achieve planned objectives. He/She provides support to maintain the technology and infrastructure required to support the E-Commerce operations. In addition, he/she collates information to generate data-driven commercial insights and coordinates with business partners. The E-Commerce and Marketing Associate works in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment where he/she ensures coordination and operational support for the E-Commerce business. He/She is an energetic, customer-oriented and collaborative individual who is able to effectively multi-task.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Target Achievement**
- Plan and execute e-commerce activities
- Initiate new business collaboration to achieve sales targets
- Liaise with relevant internal functions to fulfil customers’ orders based on established procedures and service level agreement
- Prepare monthly sales reports

**E-Commerce and Marketing Campaign Management**
- Execute sales, promotions, marketing, social media programmes and activities over offline and online platforms

**Website and Point of Sales System Maintenance**
- Maintain and update content for organisation’s website and Point of Sales system
- Perform test to ensure smooth functionality of website and Point of Sales system

**Data Analytics**
- Collate data for category performance, sales and demand forecasting report
- Collate data of customers’, shopping behaviours, brand and marketing activities
- Collate information on local and international business, market trends, new business opportunities and market segments
- Support analysis of data to generate insights
- Prepare reports to understand and improve online and offline user experience and conversion

**Customer Growth and Retention**
- Execute customer retention and loyalty activities
- Track data on system and network effectiveness for analysis

**Service Excellence**
- Engage in service innovation initiatives
- Collate feedback on quality and partnership
- Perform crisis management activities
- Implement operations for service excellence
- Respond to service challenges

**Requirement**
- Min Diploma in Business or Marketing
- Min 2 years in E-commerce role in retail industry
- Advanced level experience in the following:

- Min 2 years Shopify management
- Min 2 years Amazon/Zalora/Lazada/Shopee and other e-marketplace experience
- Google Analytics experience
- Basic html (a plus)
- Experience handling a multi-channel brand/product
- Experience in using listing softwares like: SELLinALL, Selluseller, Vinculum, Synagie
- Preferably with good knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, conversion management, sales funnel management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools
- Experience in using Oracle Netsuite, G Suite, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
