In this flexible, project-based role, you’ll have the opportunity to: - Deliver HighSpark programmes to corporate audiences in Singapore, overseas, or during peak periods (weekends or additional sessions). - Co-market or co-deliver your own packaged communication programmes that complement HighSpark’s offerings. - Collaborate on future content development and co-own training materials if desired. This role is ideal for trainers who excel at helping professionals communicate persuasively and clearly, adapt content to corporate contexts, and create engaging, outcomes-driven learning experiences. - Estimated start date: _October, with flexibility based on project needs. **Scope of Work/Job DescriptionResponsibilities**: - Deliver HighSpark’s communication programmes with clarity, confidence, and professionalism. - Contextualise and adapt training materials to meet corporate client needs, ensuring practical relevance and measurable impact. - Facilitate engaging sessions with hands-on exercises, coaching, and constructive feedback. - Support overseas programmes such as but not limited to Indonesia, Malaysia, China, India, Thailand and Vietnam (travel expenses covered) and occasionally deliver programmes over weekends. - Collaborate on co-marketing or co-delivery of your own programmes that align with HighSpark’s mission. - Contribute to content development if interested. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in communication, education, training, or a related field. - Strong presentation and communication skills that captivate audiences. - Demonstrated ability to adapt training to diverse learning styles and needs. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software such as PowerPoint and Excel. - Proficiency in online video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Teams. - Solid understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with HighSpark teams remotely or on-site. **Bonus Points**: - Previous experience training at a corporate training agency, communications consulting experience or creative background. - Proficient in the following areas: Presentation Design, Data Visualisation, Business Storytelling. - Proficient in the use of online collaboration and classroom engagement tools such as Google Suite, Miro, Slido, and Mentimeter (or can pick these up quickly) - Familiarity with AI tools to enhance learning delivery or training design. - Trainers with an existing communication framework or packaged programme that can complement HighSpark’s offerings. - Fluency in additional languages (e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa) - Relevant certifications (e.g., ACLP, ACTA, IHRP, CIPD) - Experience with e-learning development - Familiarity with Apple OS and Keynote software. **Why HighSpark?** - **Make a real impact**:Train executives that are leading in B2B and tech.
