**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure top-quality food preparation.
- Manage and coordinate kitchen operations during service, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
- Assist with menu creation, seasonal specials, and new dish development.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Ensure dishes are prepared and plated to the highest standards, with consistency and attention to detail.
- Step in for the Head Chef when required, ensuring the kitchen continues to run smoothly in their absence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Sous Chef**, Chef de Partie, or in a similar senior kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and food presentation.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between kitchen staff and front-of-house.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A culinary diploma or relevant qualification is highly desirable.
- A passion for food and continuous learning.
