**Responsibilities**

As Group Director (Healthcare and medical Institution), you will concurrently hold the appointment of Chief Strategy Officer of the subsidiary in Singapore of the Group, which is a medical hospital operator listed at US-Nasdaq investing in and managing more than 20 medical institutions in China, Hong Kong and Singapore.

You will be responsible for the overall vision and strategies for M&A, administration and operation of medical clinics and hospitals invested by the Group in the region of Singapore and ASEAN countries.

You are also representing the top management of the Group to take up directorship of the invested medical clinics in Singapore and monitoring the proper management of the clinics after take-over. You have an excellent level of understanding of aesthetic, dermatologic medical knowledge with sophisticated practice in clinic and hospital management in private healthcare sector. You need to deeply understand and appreciate the company culture, vision and mission of the Group and achieve the cultural integration of overseas subsidiaries post-merger.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications, preferably with a master’s degree with health administration and management.
- Mastering the language of Chinese and competency in English to effectively communicate with local doctors and staff.
- At least 15 years’ experience in leadership position in business management and development of private medical institutions. Experience in acquiring and investing in medical-related businesses would be an added advantage.
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
- A strong strategic thinker with good acumen in both medical aesthetics and business
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Willing to travel to regional countries e.g. China, Hong Kong, Malaysia around estimated 10 to 20% (when travel restrictions are eased).
