AVP, Finance Operations (Real Estate)

**The Opportunity**

We are actively seeking an **AVP, Finance (Real Estate)** for one of our clients in the Real Estate market. The responsibilities are the following but not limited to **m**onth-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), finance operations, tax-related matters of the real estate properties. The role is based in Singapore and will also cover China market.

**Essential requirements but not limited to**:

- Qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Highly skilled in handling month-end closing, AP, AR, tax and budgeting to financial operations and analysis specifically of leased/rented real estate assets (office, residential, retail)
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience and extensive knowledge in Office/Commercial, Retail, Residential and if with Investments, Real Estate/Property Development background is a great advantage
- Relevant Experience working in Singapore and/or China from a company relevant to real estate development and operations
- Great ability to translate business operating models and operational indicators into financial performance
- Ability to work without direct supervision, efficiently manage tasks and time
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent ability to lead and manage a team
