Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day finance operations and controls which include financial and management reporting and analysis, statutory reporting, taxation planning, cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and cashflow management.
- Ensure financial reports are submitted in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with financial reporting standards and taxation laws.
- Prepare financial projections and analysis on performance of business units and operations.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience in **Construction/Property industry**
