**Job Summary**:
In this role you will perform documented inspections in the verification of conformance of parts to applicable drawings, procedures, specifications and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The QA Inspector is responsible for the content of the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project quality plan according to customer’s and Flowserve’s specifications and international standards. Besides, the QA Inspector is responsible for defining, advising and controlling all project required QC documents. The QA Inspector reports directly to the QA Supervisor/Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to review & comprehend customer Engineering specification as per project requirements to support in building Quality Plan & required quality documents.
- Able to perform Auxiliary seal system & Dry Gas panel inspection, handling customer witness of Hydro, Factory Acceptance Testing, Final inspection & MDB qualification as per API/ASME standards &/or customer approved Quality Plan and closing all It’s related queries to ensure overall project timely completion.
- Perform the Level 1/2/3 inspection activities including Mechanical seal components, OEM instruments, etc., for productive improvements.
- Implement quality documentation as per internal Quality Management system (ISO 9001) requirements for incoming, in-process and final inspections.
- Responsible to collaborate with supply chain in developing and improve supplier’s quality in system Fabrication to meet or exceed Flowserve quality standard & requirements.
- Responsible for handling complaints on quality related issue, to initiate failure analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Drive product quality improvement and facilitate through CI Lean programs.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 3years relevant experience in Fabrication & manufacturing Quality Engineering or NDT / NDE / Diploma in Mechanical / Quality Management.
- Experience in customer handling and offering inspection with respect to quality plan, General arrangement (GA) drawing, Instrument documents.
- Hands-on experience in welding inspection & NDE Level 2 qualification. Also, Knowledge in CUTR, DOSH, ATEX, ARH, PED certifications will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Instruments like SIL, NEMUR, IEC, ATEX certifications will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, MS office, analytical and problem-solving skills is required.
- Positive thinking, self motivated, proactive, committed and customer oriented.
- Proficient in English, both spoken & written.
- Willing to travel when required for On-site inspection
