This job position is responsible for developing websites that are powered by Sitecore. This role requires a strong understanding of.NET technologies and Sitecore, to recommend technical solutions to meet business requirements.

You will work closely with the development team to implement the technical solutions which you’ve defined.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain and support the current Sitecore system, ensuring ongoing performance, security, and compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and availability targets
- Work and maintain up to 3 systems at any one time.
- Monitor system health, perform routine maintenance (including backups, log reviews, security scans, and patching), and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime and support business continuity
- Work closely with support and infrastructure teams to track and report on SLA metrics, escalate incidents as needed, and participate in regular SLA reviews to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop custom integrations with Sitecore using other possible APIs and custom code
- Test and debug development integrations
- Maintain technical documentation with the development and project team
- Implement internal engineering best practices
- Assist other developers with development tasks

**Skills and Qualifications**
- At least 6 years of experience as a Sitecore Engineer (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience as a leading engineer
- Extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, MVC, Jquery/Javascript, HTML/CSS
- Experience in extending Sitecore CMS with custom coding
- Experience working in Azure environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills promoting and supporting communication within the project team

- Ability to create and interpret technical specifications, use case scenarios, test cases, and software requirements.
- Good knowledge and understanding of relational database design and programming.

- Sitecore Certification(s)

**Optional but good to have**
- Microsoft Certification(s)
- Understanding in Singapore’s IM8 policy
