**The Role**:

- A key role of the Spa Receptionist (SR) is to be the face of the Spa and to represent the brand in every way.
- The SR will in most cases, be the first person that the guest will interact with so she/he should be well groomed, well spoken, knowledgeable and up-to-date about all treatments, prices, therapists and products as well as embody 1880 and the Spa brand ethos.
