**Job Opening: Spa Receptionist**

**Salary: SGD2,000 to SGD2,500 + Commission
**Job Descriptions**:

- Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and channel to the appropriate person for assistance.
- Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments and the facility.
- Cashiering duties.
- Treatment bookings/scheduling.
- Give tours of the spa, if required
- Respond to inquiries by phone and in person, providing complete details of all spa aspects.
- Maintain inventory and stocking of all reception materials.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and tidiness of the reception counter and ladies’ wet area.
- Resolve customer feedback and complaints.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Strong sense of customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong sense of punctuality and responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to handle issues as they arise.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit to rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic Knowledge of computer
- Positive and willing-to-learn attitude.
- Good communication skills **, **pleasant and positive attitude
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking guests.
