DESIGNATION : Senior Executive, Professional Doctorate Programmes (6-month contract), LKCSB

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB)

The Staff will support the Program Managers in the administration of the postgraduate programmes. This includes the PhD in Business (General Management) programme, Doctor of Business Administration programme, partnership programmes with CKGSB (Cheung Kong Grad School of Business) and SJTU (Shanghai Jiao Tong University). The Staff will also provide support in the administration support in these areas. For Professional Doctorate Programmes:

- Matriculation phase:

- Matriculation
- Coursework phase:

- Curriculum and course outlines
- Liaise with support team to ensure the following:

- Class enrolment
- Teaching/Contract letter is issued to instructors
- Grading by instructors
- Payment to instructors
- Course Evaluation
- Qualifying exam
- Dissertation phase:

- Dissertation Committee setup
- Oral Proposal defence
- Final Dissertation Defence
- Others:

- University/School Events
- Programme Tuition fee billing matters
- Other reporting support
- Preparation of MOU and Agreements

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degre with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience relevant to this position or acquired in an educational setting will be advantageous
- Analytical and meticulous with an eye for details
- A good team player, independent and initiative
- Ability to multi-task with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Decisive, with ability to work well under pressure
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Able to communicate with Chinese and English speaking clients (both written and spoken)
