One of the leading private healthcare providers in the region, providing comprehensive services from primary to tertiary care is now hiring for **Clinic Doctor/Family Physician.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore.

**Primary Care Consultations**:Patients for a variety of health concerns, ranging from acute illnesses to chronic conditions. Conduct thorough assessments, medical histories, perform physical examinations, and provide diagnoses and treatment plans.

**Preventive Care**:Emphasize preventive medicine by promoting healthy lifestyles, providing vaccinations, performing health screenings (such as for cancer, hypertension, diabetes), and offering advice on diet, exercise, and other lifestyle modifications.

**Chronic Disease Management**:Manage patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and arthritis. This involves ongoing monitoring, medication management, and coordinating care with specialists when needed.

**Minor Procedures**:Perform minor procedures in the clinic, such as wound care management, suturing lacerations, removing skin lesions.

**Patient Advocacy**: Advocating for patients' health needs and facilitating access to healthcare resources and support services in the community.

**Adherence to Clinical Guidelines**: Adhering to evidence-based clinical guidelines and best practices in primary care to provide high-quality, safe, and effective patient care.

**To excel in this role**:

- SMC Registered
- GDFM/Mmed highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to manage patient care and promote overall health and wellness Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions based on patient information and data
