**Job Title: Lead Data Analyst II**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute program roadmap, defining scope, goals and deliverables
- Create and maintain comprehensive program schedule covering all in-scope KPI’s, ensuring full alignment and accountability with business stakeholders
- Lead and motivate cross functional teams to achieve program milestones and deliverables
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, implementing effective mitigating strategies
- Monitor and track program progress on weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis. Publish weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports including strong executive summary and well rounded facts highlighting clear pain points and next steps
- Represent the team at multiple internal business forums with Sr. Leadership from multiple functions
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Conduct program evaluations and lessons learned sessions, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in program management practices
- Use data to validate facts and conduct in-depth data validation to structurally identify root cause and propose well aligned effective and sustainable suggestions for solutioning

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in the field of Engineering (of any discipline), business Administration, Computer science, etc is a must. MBA/Masters in Management from a reputed university is a big plus
- Proven experience as a project or program manager with tangible results
- Strong knowledge of Project management concepts with qualifications mentioned in summary
- Exceptional organization and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities with a capacity to navigate through ambiguity
- Proficiency is Data Analytics (Power BI, SpotFire), Reporting and Communication
- Microsoft Office skills is a must have (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Planner, etc)

**Success criteria**:

- The success of this job will be measured based on output of the program with tangible improvement in the assigned KPI’s vs annual targets and **not the input**
