Analyst I

Analyst I (Product Costing)- **Responsibilities**:
1. Quarterly Cost Review:

- Coordinate quarterly internal cost review exercise by collaborating with Global Supply Management, Program Management, Materials, and Finance teams.
- Ensure the timely collection and validation of data from all stakeholders to maintain accurate product costing.-
- 2. Variance Analysis & Forecasting:

- Develop detailed forecasts and track the plant's Purchase Price Variance (PPV), providing actionable insights into material cost fluctuations.
- Perform root cause analysis on cost variances, identify key drivers, and present findings and recommendations to management for corrective action.-
- 3.Cost Management & Recovery:

- Actively monitor the plant's cost recovery programs to ensure all eligible expenses are accurately tracked, documented, and reclaimed.
- Partner with the Finance team to validate and reconcile cost recovery claims, maximizing financial returns for the facility.
- Any other duties as assigned.-
- **Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Materials, Program Product Costing, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with an ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong data analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- A highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
