X Corp Edutech is a forward-thinking education technology company revolutionizing how learning, entrepreneurship, and blockchain intersect. We are seeking a dynamic and globally minded Education Strategy & Partnership Executive to join our team. This role will support our expansion and international collaboration efforts, playing a key part in driving strategic educational initiatives and institutional partnerships across Asia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver results.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Forecast sales performance and report to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in education, strategy, sales or partnerships.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience in international education or startup/EdTech environments is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong analytical thinking, presentation, and writing skills
