- Manage joint venture setup and partnership to expand the company's presence and capabilities in the Indonesian market.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of datacenter build project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee all aspects of the company's datacenter operations in Indonesia, including infrastructure management, security protocols, and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Manage financial performance, budget allocation, and cost optimization initiatives to maximize profitability and ROI.
- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Uphold the company's values, culture, and ethics, fostering a positive work environment and promoting diversity and inclusion.

**Skills for Success**
- 10+ years of experience in data centre operations, infrastructure management, or related fields
- Proven track record in data centre construction projects and operational delivery
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market, regulatory landscape, and business culture
- Experience with joint ventures, partnerships, or M&A in a tech or infrastructure context
- Strong executive leadership with experience managing senior teams and cross-functional groups
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (and ideally Bahasa Indonesia)
