Seeds Learning Group is a learning company that manages the childcare centre, kindergarten and enrichment centre in the east. Presently, we are looking for a Centre Administrator at East Coast Road (Katong area)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling all enquiries regarding about our programmes
- Counter duties such as collecting of school fees, issue invoices and receipts.
- Doing monthly expenses report
- Administrating enrolment and withdrawals
- Update the Student Management system
- Assist in Preschool administration
- Manage designated inventory
- Liaise with vendors
- And any miscellaneous duties

**Requirements**:

- Applicant must be able to converse in English with confidence. Able to speak Mandarin would be added advantage.
- She must be organized and meticulous.
- Possess good PC knowledge.
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Five days week

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
