**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Note: May be required to work on weekends and Public Holidays for events. _
**We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team to manage and grow our membership base. You will play a key role in maintaining member satisfaction, ensuring smooth membership processes, and supporting the execution of member-related events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Grow and retain the membership base, addressing both acquisition and attrition.
- Maintain and update membership records, databases, and files.
- Monitor and update membership schedules, benefits entitlements, and fulfilment.
- Assist in planning and executing membership events or activities.
- Provide on-site support during events when required (including weekends/PH).
- Undertake any other duties or administrative tasks as assigned by the HOD or Reporting Officer.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum N level holder
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and in a team.Prior experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
