**The opportunity**
Device Technologies in Asia has gone through a huge expansion and the team is now actively looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join the Singapore team. A great role for someone who loves to build relationships and get fully immersed across all areas in their role. You must be someone that is a self-motivated self-starter who doesn't need micro managing. As the leadership team are often out at site visits or travelling you will need to be happy to be sometimes left holding the fort in Singapore. You will need to also have good energy, a confident personality and excellent communication skills as well as strong IT skills. A fantastic role for an all-rounder who loves to get stuck in and this is a real chance to make this role suit you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage travel arrangements in conjunction with our travel agency
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels in budget
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and functional workspace
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures for smooth operations
- Serve as the point of contact for all incoming and outgoing deliveries, visitors and vendors
- Support Finance team with data entry work and managing credit card reconciliation
- Liaison with building management
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols including cleaners, pest control, fire wardens etc.
- Collaborate with other team members to accomplish office-related tasks and projects
- Willing to work onsite 3 days a week

**Experience required**:
- At least 1 year experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
