**General Mission**
- To provide food & beverage services to all guests in a manner that is professional, efficient yet friendly and second to none
- Ensuring that the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and functional (as seen through the guest’s eye)

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Supervisors with various administrative work.
- Assist in seating guests ensuring they are comfortable.
- Assist the F&B Team Leaders in taking orders, upselling, and recommending menu items.
- Serve food and beverages according to the guest orders efficiently.
- Serve water to the guest according to their preference i.e. ice, hot, or warm.
- Clear soiled dishes from the tables.
- Clear soiled dishes to the stewarding area.
- Clean and set tables according to the brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and the bar. Ensures that the restaurant and bar are inviting.
- Acknowledge guests who are waiting.
- To work together as a team, communicating operational concerns.
- Strive to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of the Accor Values

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- With a positive attitude and a team player
