Revenue & Reconciliation Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Revenue Collection and Accounting**:

- Collect and classify revenue data from various daily transactions (spot trading, futures, wealth management, margin, etc.).
- Calculate revenue items such as trading fees, listing fees, and market-making fees.
- Categorize revenue by currency and type, and generate detailed revenue reports.
- Interface with the finance system to ensure accurate journal entries for revenue accounts.

**2. System Reconciliation and Exception Handling**:

- Perform multi-dimensional reconciliations across trading, billing, and wallet systems, comparing expected vs. actual revenue received.
- Investigate revenue discrepancies and data anomalies (e.g., billing script errors, incorrect user rebates).
- Produce and report regular reconciliation summaries and identify root causes of discrepancies.

**3. On-Chain / Wallet Fund Verification**:

- Track the actual receipt of revenue in platform wallets (e.g., USDT, ETH, BTC).
- Use blockchain explorers or internal wallet systems to verify successful transactions and fund receipt.

**4. Process Optimization & Automation Support**:

- Work with product, data, and engineering teams to streamline revenue reconciliation and fund settlement processes.
- Promote development and deployment of automated reconciliation tools and data extraction scripts.
- Develop and implement internal control policies to enhance system reliability and reconciliation efficiency.

**5. Closing & Audit Support**:

- Assist with monthly financial closings by providing revenue vouchers and wallet reconciliation lists.
- Support audit activities by furnishing evidence of revenue and fund flows, including on-chain transaction hashes and screenshots.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue accounting, reconciliation, audit, or trading-related roles.
- Familiarity with crypto trading platforms and business models (e.g., order matching, rebates, on-chain collections).
- Hands-on experience with blockchain asset tracking and blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, Tronscan).
- Strong analytical thinking and cross-functional communication skills.
