Reporting to the Business Continuity and Data Privacy (“BCDP”) lead, the purpose of this role is to assist the BCDP lead in defining and maintain plans to minimize the impact to businesses due to operational disruptions in PACS and related entity. This role will also assist the Data Protection Manager in the day to day operational activities.

**Job Description**:

- Assist in the awareness of BC and Data Protection (“DP”) awareness activities and trainings across PACS and/or related entity
- Manages the timely Internal reporting to Group and Regional teams on BC and DP matters for PACS and / or related entity
- Assist in the annual review of the DP Policies and BC related policies
- Assist in gap assessment of BC and DP regulatory changes
- Assist in due diligence assessment relating to BC and DP
- Manages BC and DP enquiries from internal stakeholders
- Assist in Incident discussion, assessments and reporting
- Provide advice to internal stakeholders on projects and initiatives
- Assist in the development of PACS and related entity business continuity and disaster recovery strategy
- Assist and coordinate Business Continuity (“BC”) activities across PACS and/or related entity
- Assist in the execution of the BC plan
- Manages and track follow-up actions from BC Management working group and Exco meeting
- Assist in managing annual IT Disaster Recovery exercise with IT department and business department stakeholders
- Perform third party assessment on BC capability and DP (Privacy Impact Assessment)
- Assist and coordinate on PACS and / or related entity responses and actions to CoVID-19 guidelines published by MoM, MoH and MAS
- Manages the call tree exercise and maintain updated call inventory with BC coordinators
- Perform appropriate duties assigned by management

Who we are looking for:

- At least 3 years of working experience in relevant industry (i.e. financial institutions). Exposure in coordinating or involvement in BC or IT disaster recovery exercises
- Keen to learn

- Able to work independently when needed
- Team player
- Exposure in business impact analysis and incident management procedures
- Familiar with Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”)
- Data Protection or Data Privacy related certifications (e.g. Fundamentals of The Personal Data Protection Act(2020)/ Practitioner Certificate in Personal Data Protection (Singapore)/ CIPM/CIPP ) will be an advantage
- Experience in Crisis management and /or Business Continuity will be an advantage
- Business Continuity related certifications will be an advantage

Education
- Degree (preferably in Information Technology/Banking and Finance or other related discipline)

Language
- Strong command of the English language
