Manufacturing Engineer, Process Development

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive implementation of Process Improvement strategies which include supporting Lean Transformation and Digitalization strategies and other strategies
- Use Process Mapping or other equivalent tools to identify appropriate data structures to support the translation of business needs into digitizing, data analytics and reporting requirements.
- Managing the project budget, delivery timeline and SLAs to develop POC and production ready solution
- Lead and develop some digital solutions (e.g., Power BI visualization and DAX, Power Automate or other Robotic Process Automation tools)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or above with related engineering discipline.
- Relevant Data Science or Industrial 4.0 certificate and qualification preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience of leading enterprise or site wide transformation projects.
- Develop code for data transformation, data analytics and visualization.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge in relevant digitalization tools such as data analytics (eg. Power BI, R or Phyton, Robotic Process Automation).
- Possesses excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge and skills in Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, 5S and other CI methodologies
- A good understanding of business processes and ability to conduct process mapping and reviews to identify gaps and opportunities for digitization and digitalization.
