If you share the same passion to pursue excellence, join us to make an impact and be part of something specialRole Overview Role Summary: You will be responsible to deliver robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing processes with data driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills in respective modules: Etch (Dry Etch, Wet Etch, Photolithography, Diffusion, Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD); or Physical Vapor Deposition. Responsibilities Assist in developing, optimizing and maintaining smooth daily manufacturing operations and problem-solve issues promptly. Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain quality with urgency. Continuously improve processes stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards. Assist to conduct experiments, analyse complex datasets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls. Support to analyze production anomalies and maintaining/improving statistical process control (SPC) methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes. A Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Process Engineer, possessing in-depth knowledge; experience working in a 12” fab would be advantageous. Qualifications & Skills Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse background. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcomes. Goal driven and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
