**Looking to gain real experience in events and marketing?**
We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and ready to get hands-on. Whether you’ve already helped plan events or just have fresh ideas and want to learn — this is your chance to get involved and make an impact.

This role isn’t about sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be part of the action, from brainstorming to execution.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Help plan and run events from start to finish
- Work with vendors, prep materials, and handle logistics
- Manage RSVPs and guest lists
- Assist with post-event reports and suggest ways to improve
- Pitch creative ideas for themes, activities, and the overall experience
- Support event setup and day-of operations

**You’re a great fit if you**:

- Are studying or recently graduated in Events, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Are detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks
- Communicate well and enjoy collaborating with a team
- Are open to helping out during some evenings or weekends
- Have some experience in events, logistics, or admin (a plus, not required)

Pay: $11.50 - $16.00 per hour
