**Project Analyst (1 Year Contract)** in our
**Data Hub**.

To pursue its ambition to become a data-driven company, BOS is looking to empower each user of the organization with self-service reporting capabilities. As part of this data transformation, BOS has set-up an Hub & Spoke Organization: Data Hub is a central team managing the tools, governance, methodology and knowledge sharing among the various business Data Spoke from all departments (Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR, Marketing).

**Organizational context**:
Reporting to the External Data Unit Director, the project analyst will support the Chief Data and Innovation Officer in delivering the Bank of Singapore Data Strategy Day to day activities. The strategy includes implementation of the enterprise-wide Hub & Spoke data democratization organization and optimization of External Data, Data Quality framework, the data science blueprint and will combine domain, organizational and industry skills with analytical tools and communication tactics, to help the Bank achieve low total cost of ownership (TCO) and rapid return on investment (ROI) for its Data and Innovation initiatives.

The project analyst will report to the External Data Unit director to cover:
**Core activities***:

- Maintaining the Market Data Contracts inventory for Terminals, Data Feeds and Licenses
- Coordinating the Market Data Contracts renewal with internal stakeholders
- Track and Monitor the Market Data Contracts renewal deadline
- Kickstart the renewal and external data requirements review with internal stakeholders
- Advice internal stakeholders on the alternatives available
- Coordinate and support the renewal discussion process with all stakeholders
- Assist in defining a standard Market Data Contracts renewal process for BOS
- To Map out the user journeys for onboarding and renewing external data terminal license - from End User, Procurement, Technology and Invoice Management perspectives.
- To support Data Hub Department administrative tasks (maternity cover): Coordination with Finance department assistant for all department activities, maintenance of Data Hub seat Roster on WFH and WIO allocation for Data Hub, maintenance of the Data Hub org chat, list of contacts and LAN idea, support on the on-boarding of newcomers.
- Maintaining up to date DaaS onboarding of users in tracking sheet and documentation.
- Maintaining the JIRA and Bitbucket access inventory on DaaS platform
- Maintain inventory of MacBook and IT assets for data hub
- Assist the data learning studio during the data literacy week and other communication campaign

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Market Data knowledge within large financial institution or bank; with 3-5 years relevant experience will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and execute with a sense of urgency
- Attention to details and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, self-motivated, and proven ability to use own initiative and judgment to work with internal stakeholders in a positive manner
- Proven ability to operate effectively at all levels in a collaborative manner
- Skilled in Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good organizational skills and relationship skills
