**Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)**:

- **Vanquish Villainous Dishes**: Battle crusty casserole dishes and outsmart stubborn soup bowls. Your weapons? A scrub brush and unmatched determination.
- **Champion Cleanliness**: Keep our dish pit shinier than a knight’s armor. Bonus points if you hum the _Mission: Impossible _theme while doing it.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleanliness & Sanitation**:
Wash, sanitize, and air-dry dishes, pots, pans, and utensils manually or using industrial equipment.
Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and proper chemical handling.
Maintain clean workstations, sinks, and dishwashing areas.
- **Operational Support**:
Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery; report malfunctions promptly.
Empty trash bins and assist with waste disposal/recycling.
Restock cleaned items in designated storage areas.
Assist with basic food prep (e.g., peeling vegetables) as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work with kitchen staff to prioritize cleaning tasks during peak hours.
Communicate equipment issues or supply shortages to supervisors.

**Physical Demands**:

- Prolonged standing, bending, and lifting.
- Exposure to heat, steam, moisture, and slippery surfaces.
