Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for diligent and reliable individuals to join our kitchen team as Dishwashers within the INITIA Group F&B Brands. He/She will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and smooth running of the back-of-house operations to support excellent food & beverage service for customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Wash, sanitize, and properly store all kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, and equipment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen equipment, and floor at all times.
  • Assist with basic cleaning tasks in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Support the kitchen team with tasks such as waste disposal and restocking cleaning supplies.
  • Report any malfunctions, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Work efficiently to keep pace with kitchen and service demands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • No experience required — training will be provided
  • Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle cleaning tasks.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
  • Minimum working days are 1 weekday and 1 weekend each.
  • Work Visa will not be provided by the company.

  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and dishwashing area at all times.
  • Ensure dishes and utensils are cleaned and ready promptly to support smooth service.
  • Follow hygiene and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist the kitchen team by performing duties efficiently and responsibly.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and a positive working attitude.
