**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Handle and follow up on phone enquiries.
- Respond to customers' inquiries promptly and effectively
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our ERP system.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
