Responsible for a set of products and services, they know their portfolio inside and out, providing technical advice during the sales process and delivering solutions via phone, chat, web or email. What You'll Achieve In the Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA) you will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long‐term success within Dell Technologies Sales. Over 2–3 years you'll join as an Associate Inside Sales Representative, receive premier technology and sales training, then be promoted to Inside Sales Representative with a quota and full sales cycle. From there you can progress to outside field sales, sales management or specialty selling. We often see successful participants moving through multiple roles quickly. You will: Engage in the sales and technology industry by talking to and building relationships with customers and qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue. Collaborate consistently with the NGSA management team, inside sales teams, field sales teams, renewals teams, and development team. Participate in whiteboard competitions, group messaging competitions, and meet metric expectations. Essential Requirements Have 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service. Eager to pursue a dynamic sales career with a focus on data centres, generative AI, and digital infrastructure. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Relationship building and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both English and the local language. Strong desire to learn. Desirable Requirements Complete bachelor's degree. Self‐starter, collaborative, driven, and coachable. Ability to influence others and convey urgency to drive issues to closure. 2–3 years of proven customer engagement experience, preferably in a sales, customer service, or consultative environment. Willingness to relocate to Dell Technologies Hub locations. Commitment to building a long‐term career in sales or technology and ongoing enthusiasm for learning and advancement.
