**Role**:

- You are the Ambassador, the first point of contact for Core Concepts
- As a member of the Operations Team, you will service the clients in ways that fit their needs most by familiarising with all our services and solutions.
- The role is also responsible to deliver a positive customer experience, regardless of nature, which includes but is not limited to enquires, feedback and complaints through all communication channels.
- You will be maintaining customers' satisfaction by addressing the customers' concerns efficiently and ensuring that we deliver value through appropriate solutions.
- Our Ambassadors are customer-centric and have relevant experience in Customer Service. They are passionate about service delivery and assertive to hold difficult conversations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through various communication channels within the stipulated timeframe.
- Perform the full range of operational and collection functions.
- Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals guided by the organisation's service performance indicators.
- Encourage and influence a good service mindset in the team and affirm positive behaviour.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain issues and appointments or reasons for calling with an enthusiastic attitude.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Team player, work with team members and other various stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken English to handle English speaking customers.
- Personality Traits: Good attitude, enthusiastic, detailed-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal-focused.
- Customer service skills: Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.

Training will be provided.

5.5 days work week, rest on Sun and PH, no overtime.

Compressed Work-Week (Alt Sat) available.
