We're seeking an **Agency Partnership Account Manager** based in **Singapore**. You'll own and grow relationships with agency partners that are critical to expanding INFUSE's local presence and driving demand-led growth for our enterprise clients.

**What You'll Do**:

- Serve as the **primary day-to-day lead** for managing agency relationships across Singapore.
- Own the **RFP process**: ensure timely, compelling responses aligned with client and partner expectations.
- Build and maintain **strong agency connections** through regular touchpoints—whether check-ins, coffee meetings, lunch or the occasional happy hour (with budget-wise discretion).
- Stay attuned to **agency shifts and opportunity signals**—identify new needs, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Drive **client retention and renewals** for agency-linked accounts, working proactively to maintain momentum.
- Collaborate closely with the **Account Director** to advance renewal pipelines and escalate opportunities.
- Partner with the **GTM Strategist** to coordinate agent-facing workshops, research-sharing sessions, and joint strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 3- 5+ years** experience in agency management, account leadership, or demand generation across B2B consultative environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in **driving renewals**, managing RFP cycles, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, combined with commercial acumen in service-based partnerships.
- A track record of success in **client retention** and agency-facing engagement.
