IT Specialist

Responsibilities
- Maintenance and administration of private clouds, environments hosted off-site, networks, and IT systems.
- In charge of performing standard IT solution configuration and installation, as well as investigating, identifying, fixing, and troubleshooting network and system security issues.
- They are also in charge of offering suggestions for improving the IT infrastructure of the business.
- Keep an eye on the security and functionality of the system while maintaining the IT infrastructure, including the servers, network inventory, and storage.
- Ensure that IT operations, security, and infrastructure all run efficiently and with little downtime.
- Control the backup and recovery procedures for systems and networks.
- Deal with operational, technical, hardware, software, and network problems that users encounter every day.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge or skillsets in IT network, server configuration, personal computer set-up and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical knowledge on IT and personal computer troubleshooting with good awareness on cybersecurity.
- Possess initiative and able to work with minimum supervision
