Team Introduction
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. Job Summary
We are looking for a highly professional, self-driven, and data-driven individual to manage our Merchant/Seller Financing product offerings. As the Product Solution Manager, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, selecting the right partner(s) and designing the product solution in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine our seller financing vision, strategy, and product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, finance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.
- Work with partners to design, launch, refine and integrate seller financing solutions (whitelabel or cobranding) onto our payment platform and the broader TikTok seller ecosystem, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Analyze local and global market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation, growth and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards, competitive landscape, regulations, and best practices related to seller financing solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in the seller lending, payments, loan, finance, FinTech, or eCommerce space.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and external parties.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
- Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguities, competing priorities and tight deadlines.
