The incumbent will play a critical role in building up partnerships for the Hybrid Integrated Work Study Programme (HIWSP) and Overseas Integrated Work Study Programme (OIWSP) and creating awareness of HIWSP/OIWSP across academic clusters (e.g., Business, Communication & Design, Engineering, Food, Chemical & Biotechnology, and InfoComm Technology).

**The responsibilities of this role are**:
1. Lead global engagement activities between the University and its international strategic partners in ways that build an international profile and strengthen students’ participation.
- Responsible for overseeing the outreach, implementation, and development of the Hybrid Integrated Work Study Programme (HIWSP) and OIWSP which includes gathering detailed market information/insight and securing HIWSP and OIWSP opportunities for the students.
- Identify and respond to emergent opportunities to further global engagement with and between international partnerships.
- Work with Programme Leaders across academic clusters to strategize, plan and manage OIWSP.
- Coordinate the pre
- and post-trip administration of the programmes.
- Liaison between overseas companies/institutions/agents and the university
- Work closely with the Academic Supervisors/Programme Leaders/Module Leaders on the duty of care for students during OIWSP.
- Manage HIWSP and OWSP information and data for reporting.
- Work with team members to encourage students to explore overseas opportunities.

2. Attend ad-hoc projects and secondary responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Officer, according to the needs of the division.
- Preferably a university degree, diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered.
- Relevant working experience in universities, the higher education industry or government agencies would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with **International Relations / Student Mobility Programme operations **would be a strong advantage.
- Good writing and project management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
- A strong team player with a flexible working attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about International Relations/ Student Mobility Programmes, and
- Comfortable with Industrial Development responsibilities
