**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with senior management of company in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategies
- Responsible in actively engaging and working with line managers on manpower planning, acquisition and timely deployment to support business operations
- Responsible in identifying gaps in employees’ skills sets and learning needs and establish and implement learning and development programmes to develop employees’ growth potential and build organisational capacity
- Responsible in working closely with management and employees to enhance teamwork and relationships, build morale and cultivate a conducive working environment
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day human resources activities such as recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations
- Responsible in ensuring reliable and accurate HR and payroll administration and proper employee file administration
- Establishing effective communication channels to ensure the smooth information flow and promoting corporate culture and employee engagement
- Responsible in undertaking projects and support any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of HR generalist experience
- Ability to work with all levels of colleagues, including senior stakeholders.
- Creative thinker who is proactive, resourceful, hands on, collaborative and is driven to deliver
- Enjoys coming up with creative solutions to problems and reiterate if necessary
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Keen interest in people matters
- Systematic, organised and meticulous
- Highly Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
