Singapore Control Risks Full time

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide expertise and thought leadership in manufacturing and supply chain resilience
- Provide recommendations to enhance and mature the supply chain and manufacturing business continuity program in line with best practices and the needs of business stakeholders
- Create and assist with the implementation of vendor audit processes to address the unique resilience risks present in manufacturing and logistics vendors
- Build consensus from key stakeholders across the organization to adopt best practices that will strengthen resilience across the supply chain and with individual critical vendors
- Manage multiple projects with well-documented and organized project management skills to develop, implement and manage supply chain and manufacturing resilience risk.
- Assist with the development and delivery of training to various supply chain stakeholders and/or business areas on the third party and supplier risk management program
- Work closely with the Third-Party Vendor Continuity Lead to develop and implement a transformative world
- class BC Program
- Track BC Compliance, KPIs and other metrics through high visibility reports, dashboards, and scorecards
- Other activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience driving cross-organizational projects to resolution
- Able to manage change effectively and frequently
- Ability to articulate Business Continuity and risk mitigation concepts and methodology
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing risk management, business continuity, and/or governance
- Supply Chain or Project Management Certificates
- Strong knowledge of contractual structure and risk mitigation principles.
- Experience working with a large global company
- Robust project management skills and capabilities (key deliverables, business case and baseline development)
- Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously and on time
- Research and analytical skills to support supply chain risk mitigation
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and any BC tools
- Experience with collaborative tools such Confluence, SharePoint, Wiki
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with strong business acumen and technical ability
