**Lead Specialist in Digital & Continuous Improvement** is a role within the Global Business Performance Management function focused on using data and digital to drive decision making and business performance. This role is well positioned to learn more about International Fuels & Lubricants (IF&L) business and develop financial acumen at the same time. You will be using innovative tools and techniques to identify trends and opportunities, providing in-depth insights, and making actionable recommendations.

**Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to**:

- Support Manager, IF&L Business Performance to drive continuous improvements to maximize efficiency via collaborative efforts with cross functional teams
- Lead efforts to standardize and streamline processes/reports and drive digitalization across International IF&L region
- Serve as the primary point of contact for systems related projects and provide digital expertise on regional/country initiatives
- Develop and maintain a range of digital analysis, reporting and dashboards used for managing business performance
- Understand business problems and questions and provide solutions and answers through innovative data and analysis techniques
- Be an analytics champion - driving data driven culture throughout the business
- Be at the forefront of digital analysis, keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies
- Coordinate activities with Americas Fuels & Lubricants (AF&L) region counterpart, assuring global development and implementation of initiatives

**Knowledge, skills and experience**:

- Experienced analyst with understanding of financial statements and sales channel business drivers
- Experience with data shaping and visualizations - Power Query / M language and Power BI / DAX language required; additional experience in Python, R, and SQL desired but not required
- Experience working with data from multiple sources - manipulating and interpreting data
- Ability to present complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to coach, mentor, and support others
- Ability to operate independently and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally with different teams
- Agility to work on multiple projects and requests at the same time

**Relocation Options**:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

**International Considerations**:
Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
