As a Staff Engineer - Maintenance, you will be responsible for setting up and driving effective indicators to measure maintenance performance, such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Unscheduled Downtime (UDT), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Preventive Maintenance (PM) Fulfillment. You will also drive preventive maintenance systematic compliance, perform regular PM, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment to ensure safety, high availability, and reliability.

In your new role you will:

- Set up and drive effective **KPIs**, such as **OEE**, **UDT**, **MTBF**, **PM Fulfillment**, **PM Cycle Time**, and **PM Effectiveness**:

- **Drive**Preventive Maintenance Systematic Compliance**to perform regular**PM**,**Troubleshooting**, and**Repair**of equipmen**:

- **Analyze**Parts Usage**and**Life Span**to ensure optimum machine performance and drive**Cost-Effective PM Programs**:

- **Drive**PM Improvement Programs**to improve**Cycle Time**through**Lean Methodology**,**Tools**, and**Techniques**:

- **Drive**Continuous Improvement Projects**to contribute to overall segment performance in**Productivity**and**Qualit**:

- **Perform**Data Analysis**using**Statistical Tools**to analyze equipment performance trends,**PM Effectiveness**, and deviations**:

- **Create and maintain**Equipment and Tool Work Instructions**:

- **Lead**Training Programs**for**PM Technicians**to ensure adherence to best practices**:

- **Oversee**PM Headcount Allocation**and daily task assignments for seamless operation
**Your Profile**
**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:

- **Minimum 5 years of working experience in**Backend Testing Equipment and Test Handler Maintenance**:

- **Degree in**Mechanical and Electrical related engineering**:

- **Strong knowledge in**Preventive Maintenance**related activities, including improving**Cycle Time**and post-**Preventive Maintenance**:

- **Experience in**Backend Testing Handler Machine**is required (e.g.,**Delta Matrix**,**Advantest**,**Multitest Handler**)
