ALICE is searching for a dynamic Animator to join our growing team If you have a keen eye for detail, a flair for captivating visuals, and a love for all things animated, we want to hear from you.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
As our Animator, you'll be instrumental in creating engaging visual content. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing high-quality animations for various projects, including marketing campaigns, digital content, and potentially interactive experiences.
- Collaborating with our creative team to conceptualize and execute animation sequences that align with project goals and brand aesthetics.
- Bringing characters, objects, and environments to life through fluid and expressive motion.
- Ensuring all animations meet project specifications and deadlines.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Proficient in Adobe After Effects**: This is a must-have You should be able to navigate the software with ease and leverage its capabilities to produce stunning animations.
- **Experienced**: We're looking for someone with **1-2 years of professional animation experience**. This means you've likely worked on real-world projects and understand the demands of a creative pipeline.
- **Creative and Innovative**: You're not just a button-pusher; you're an idea generator who can think outside the box and bring fresh perspectives to our projects.
- **Detail-Oriented**: You have a meticulous eye for the nuances of motion, timing, and visual consistency.
- **Collaborative**: You enjoy working as part of a team, are open to feedback, and can communicate your ideas effectively.
- **Proactive and Self-Motivated**: You can manage your time effectively, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work independently when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
