**Job duties**:

- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the sustainable waste management sector across solutions such as REL waste disposal, hooklift waste disposal, and compactor deployments
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure customer service excellence through timely resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business growth.Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a business development or external sales role in the waste management or sustainability industry.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
