This role is very fast-paced, dynamic and independent. We are looking for someone who can assist a Financial Associate Sales Director with the following:

- Customer-facing: Deliver excellent customer service, good follow-ups, and liaising for claims or medical check-ups.
- Negotiating and liaising with underwriters to get cases approved.
- Case submissions: Familiar with digital and non-digital submissions.
- Preparing policy summaries for clients
- have a good eye for details and understand the policy illustration. Neat and meticulous.
- Ad-hoc tasks required by the Sales Director.
- _Extra: For those who like to seek career growth and want to do more, there is always room for discussion as there may be projects in which you can be involved. _

You will be the right-hand person of this Financial Sales Director (TOT level).

Experience: At least 2 years in the insurance or financial advisory business as backend operations/support staff or personal assistant.

Experiences in an Independent Financial Advisory firm will be preferred and given priority.
