**Job Title: Marketing and Operations Manager (with Coaching Responsibilities)**

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Marketing and Operations Manager to lead our operations while also contributing to our mission by coaching swimming lessons.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing & Operations**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the swimming school and its programs.
- Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and community outreach.
- Coordinate scheduling of classes, events, and instructor assignments.
- Oversee daily operations, including ensuring pool maintenance, compliance with safety regulations, and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and enrollment processes.

**Coaching**
- Conduct swimming lessons for students of various age groups and abilities.
- Tailor lessons to individual and group needs, fostering a positive learning experience.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by following water safety protocols.
- Track and report on students' progress to parents and guardians.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for teaching swimming and working with individuals of all ages.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience coaching or teaching children, including those with special needs.
- Expereince With competitive swimming in the past
- Proficiency in creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or scheduling software.

- This position requires physical activity, including being in the water for extended periods.
