Enterprise Applications Specialist

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Vendor & License Management**: Manage vendor relationships, track software licenses, and coordinate with vendors for essential support, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
- **Business Alignment**: Partner with internal functional business leaders and end-users to analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical configurations within the COTS systems, manage change requests and implementation.
**Requirements**:
- B.Sc. or certificates in IT Systems management, computer science or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential. Familiarity with other major enterprise COTS platforms (e.g. CRM, ITSM, HRIS) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data privacy frameworks and working in compliance-heavy environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Prior experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating major system upgrades is a significant advantage.
