As we scale, we’re looking for a talented and driven Growth Marketing Lead to join our team and help take our brand to the next level.

The **Growth Marketing Lead**will be responsible for developing and executing growth-focused marketing strategies to drive Peuriste’s brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue. This role combines digital marketing, business development, and content creation to accelerate business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and make adjustments to optimize ROI.

2. **Business Development & Partnership Growth**
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with influencers, affiliate marketers, and other brands to expand Peuriste’s reach and drive traffic.
- Explore new business development opportunities and create collaborative growth strategies.

3. **Content Creation & Brand Messaging**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce marketing, preferably within a startup or fast-growing business environment.
- Experience in business development and managing partnerships that contribute to company growth.
- Expertise in marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).Strong content creation skills with experience in copywriting and social media management.
