**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the main driver in loading and unloading cargo or passengers as needed.
- Support the main driver in navigating through traffic and adhering to the assigned routes.
- Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle interior, ensuring it is equipped with necessary supplies and safety equipment.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance needs and report any issues to the designated supervisor.
- Help in conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Assist in monitoring vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and mileage records.
- Be prepared to drive the vehicle when the main driver needs rest or during specific circumstances.
- Assist in coordinating and communicating with the transportation team for efficient schedule execution.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a driver or assistant driver is an advantage, but not required.
- Good knowledge of traffic laws, road signs, and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of loading and unloading cargo or assisting passengers.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
